Located just outside of beautiful Boston, Massachusetts, our customer service team is available to assist during all stages of the order process. We work closely to help design, develop and manufacture custom hardware products that will fit the unique needs of your product line. We go above and beyond, working closely with you throughout the product development process to ensure that the finished product meets or exceeds expectations.

Shipping

Our team will assist you throughout the shipping process and provide you with approximate shipping times and costs. For smaller orders, your hardware will be packed and shipped directly from our Massachusetts warehouse. For large volume and custom orders, your hardware will be packed and delivered anywhere in the world directly from our factory. We can also ship via ocean containers from our factory direct to our Massachusetts warehouse at no cost to you.
